The CUPP x Moomin Winter Drinks Collection Launches Nationwide 

A heartwarming taste of Moominvalley is coming to the whole UK this winter, as Moomin Characters and the brilliant boba tea brand CUPP launch the Moomin Winter Drinks Collection nationwide from 19th November.

This exciting national rollout follows the hugely successful launch of the immersive Moomin Boba House in Bristol and a popular pop-up in Camden, bringing the magic of Moominvalley to fans across the country for the first time.

The Beginning: The First Moomin Themed Boba House in Bristol

The collaboration began this summer with the launch of the UK’s first Moomin-themed boba tea experience on Park Row in Bristol. The moment you step inside, you feel as if you've wandered straight into the world of the Moomins!

The windows display a cheerful scene of the Moomins gathered on their iconic Moominvalley bridge. Keep an eye out for Little My near the entrance, blowing cheeky bubbles up to the ceiling! Orders are collected from a counter wonderfully designed to look like the beloved Moominhouse. With fully Moomin-themed digital screens and every drink crowned with the iconic red Moominhouse roof, it creates a truly whimsical experience.

A Summer in Camden: Bringing the Magic to London

Following the award-nominated success of the Bristol Boba House, the magic travelled to London for a summer pop-up in Camden. In partnership with the Moomin Shop, the space at 41 Brecknock Road became a destination, offering exclusive Moomin merchandise alongside delicious boba tea within a fun and imaginative setting.

The Next Chapter: A Nationwide Winter Warmth

Building on the phenomenal response from fans, the next chapter in this partnership begins this winter. For the first time, the enchantment is spreading with the launch of the limited-edition Moomin Winter Drinks Collection, available in all CUPP stores across the UK.

This nationwide rollout brings the heartwarming flavours of a Moominvalley winter to your local CUPP, featuring the iconic red Moominhouse roof cup toppers and a menu full of storytelling charm.

A Winter Menu Woven with Storytelling

The new winter menu is crafted with a touch of storytelling magic, featuring comforting flavours inspired by the cosy charm of winter in Moominvalley. The collection includes:

• • Moominpappa’s Maple Pancake Milk Tea: Pancake milk with maple and oolong tea. A cosy nod to the famous pancakes.

  • Snufkin’s Black Forest Boba with Whipp: Tastes of black forest with chocolate and cherry sauce, cherry puree, milk and butterfly pea tea.

  • The Grokes Sticky Date Pudding with Cloudcake: Sumptuous sticky date syrup, with brown sugar, oolong, milk and cloudcake.

  • Little My’s Cherry Pink Chai: Cherry meets chai with this sweet and gently spiced winter treat. Perfect hot with tapioca pearls.

  • Moominmamma’s Hot Winter Cocoa with Whipp: Cinnamon spiced hot chocolate with lavish layers of whipp, chocolate sauce and cinnamon sprinkles.

The launch also introduces Moominmamma’s famous pancake stacks:

• • Stinky Strawberry Pancake Stack: Fluffy pancake stacks layered with strawberry jam, sprinkled with strawberry pieces.
