We send deliveries with Royal Mail Tracked And Signed, therefore we cannot accept postbox or collection point delivery addresses as the parcels require a signature. Royal Mail does not leave 'sorry we missed you' cards with Tracked And Signed, as the tracking information is available online through the tracking link emailed with the shipping confirmation. Missed deliveries will be held for collection or recipients’ redelivery request for 10 working days at the local Royal Mail delivery office before being returned to the sender. Postage is not refunded for missed and returned deliveries unless an error has been made by Royal Mail.

xYou can return goods for a refund within 30 days, if you have proof of purchase and the product remains in its original packaging and is in a sellable condition. We do not refund the postage cost of returns unless previously agreed. Orders that are refused at delivery, returned due to insufficient address details or uncollected will not have the postage cost refunded, only the goods.
