We send all Royal Mail deliveries Tracked And Signed, therefore we cannot accept postbox or collection point delivery addresses as the parcels require a signature. Royal Mail does not leave 'sorry we missed you' cards with Tracked And Signed, as the tracking information is available online. Missed UK deliveries will be held for collection for 10 working days at the local post office before being returned to the sender.

xYou can return goods for a refund within 30 days, if you have proof of purchase and the product remains in its original packaging and is in a sellable condition. We do not refund the postage cost of returns unless previously agreed. Orders that are refused at delivery. returned due to insufficient address details or uncollected will not have the postage cost refunded, only the goods.
