Lopulta perhe on taas onnellisesti yhdessä ja he saapuvat pieneen laaksoon – se on kaunein paikka, mitä he ovat koskaan nähneet. Sinne on sattumoisin ajautunut myös Muumipapan rakentama talo, hyvin hieno ja siniseksi maalattu.
