The figurines are made of Polystone, which is real stones grounded down to a powder and then mixed with resin. Like no two stones in nature are exactly the same colour, neither are these figures. Small variations of the whiteness between figurines might occur and is natural. The figurines are cast in moulds and the detailing is then hand finished, so small variations in the detailing might also occur.
We hope that you are delighted with the goods that you have ordered, if however any items supplied by us do not suit your needs and they were not a special order, you may return them provided that you advise us in writing within fourteen days of delivery and then return the goods in perfect condition.
