Pricing and Delivery

All prices and delivery dates are given in good faith but are subject to availability. We take care to ensure that the prices and details that we show on our website are correct, however we reserve the right to refuse an order or correct details given, but will always give you the opportunity to cancel an order if we change anything important. Where items are not in stock we will advise you of an estimated delivery date but as the information we receive from suppliers is not always accurate we will not be held responsible for the accuracy of delivery dates provided.

Delivery Address

The customer is responsible for supplying a full and correct delivery address. Our couriers will supply reasonable opportunity for re-delivery but if goods are returned to us undelivered through no fault of ours or of our couriers you will be responsible for any re-delivery costs.

Exports

Where goods are exported the customer is liable for all customs duties, taxes, import levies and other similar costs. Where Moominshop-camden.co.uk have to pay such costs they will be re-charged to the customer.
